Our Foundation
Founded by Corey Popejoy, a former Army paratrooper who served his country for nine years and completed several tours in Afghanistan and South America. Corey is now a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado and over the past several years has built our team of experienced real estate agents, a real estate attorney, VA loan advisors, and numerous local partnerships who can help frontline workers achieve their real estate goals. We realize there are special circumstances associated with Veterans, Active-Duty Military, and First Responders, so we founded Foundations for the Frontlines to offer our clients a dedicated team of professionals who understand these nuisances. In addition, we recognize that Colorado educators are an integral part of frontline workers, and we know the last couple of years have been challenging for those in education with the constraints that COVID produced. This program also helps educators into homes in the communities that they work in to increase the likelihood of long-term educator and school relationships by providing stable housing for those teaching our young minds. Corey’s mother was a teacher for over 30 years and is thrilled to be adding benefits to teachers into this program.
